By accessing or using SourceSpark Cycling you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of this agreement you must immediately stop using the service.

2. Educational scope

All content provided is for general educational purposes only. SourceSpark Cycling offers practical instruction on changing bicycle tires but does not guarantee successful repairs or replace professional mechanical advice.

3. Safety and responsibility

Always inspect tires and equipment carefully before riding. Follow manufacturer guidelines. Consult a certified bicycle mechanic when damage, uncertainty, or safety concerns exist. SourceSpark Cycling is not liable for injuries resulting from improper repairs.

4. Accounts and local features

Login and registration interfaces are demonstrations. Favorites and cart data are stored locally using the browser. Clearing local storage will delete saved items. No real user accounts are created or maintained by the service.

5. Catalog and cart behavior

Prices, availability, and checkout flows shown in the catalog are illustrative only. The cart modal provides a simulation and does not process real payments or create binding transactions.

6. Intellectual property

SourceSpark Cycling and its licensors retain all rights to lessons, text, design, trademarks, and software. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Copying, distributing, reselling, or systematically scraping content is prohibited.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt site operation, submit unlawful content, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access. Violations may result in restricted access to the service.

8. Disclaimers and limitations

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SourceSpark Cycling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. The revised effective date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
